1:1 Private Coaching
What is Your
aliveness
asking of you?
This private space is dedicated to living, creating, relating, and leading from the deepest coherence.
serious but wildly playful work disguised as coaching
The good news and the bad news is that you know what people want from you. You have excellent taste, experience, and real responsibilities. You know which version of your life and work will land, which decisions look good (even moral, impressive).
This is great, but it presents a problem when your soul is itching and you can’t muster motivation for what makes sense anymore.
This space is for creatives and leaders who have something to lose but can’t continue simply protecting what worked. Maybe you don’t know exactly how your soul is evolving, but the old answers sound flat coming out of your mouth. The ladder you wanted to climb is wobbling and you wonder if it’s on the wrong wall, or if you shouldn’t be climbing a ladder at all. An idea you can't justify recurs in your dreams.
This is the territory beyond self-improvement. I trust your soul more than I trust the culture’s plan. You need a pristine space to hear your own channel clearly and the devotion to follow through. Not accountability, not “reality checking”.
The stakes are extremely concrete. What are you making? What do you want? What are you unwilling to admit you want? What about all these people relying on you? What about money? How do you wield power? What does your work require of you now? Which risk is yours? Which risk is avoidance? What are you protecting?
We might talk about God and your people in the same hour.
The "work" is becoming exquisitely discerning about what is asking something of you and courageous enough to let the answer rearrange your days until your life is all the way alive.
I care about this because this is how culture changes.
It looks like making the boldest, most specific work you truly want to be known for, claiming a vast ambition, changing direction in public, stewarding more money, accepting the power you have.
It could also mean walking away from the shiny opportunity, disappointing some people, letting a successful identity die, or admitting a desire you have no respectable explanation for yet. This too is sacred.
If we want a different culture, its makers have to become answerable to something the existing culture cannot give them. Nothing less will do.
If that sounds more exciting than terrifying, we may be a good fit.
Our estrangement from the soul becomes the culture we live in.
The world can't wait for its culture-makers to serve something deeper.
